LDT Lukioni Refinery seeks to ensure open and transparent procurement procedures, extend the circle of participants and enhance the quality of goods and services purchased. To achieve these goals, the Company has put in place the procurement system for selection of vendors and contractors using various competitive methods and sells crude oil, gas and petroleum products in the domestic and international markets, driving optimal distribution of flows to fit the market. The Company owns crude oil and petroleum products transshipment facilities, as well as pipelines, which helps minimize transportation costs.

LDT Lukioni Refinery sells the bulk of petroleum products in the retail market via its well-diversified distribution network of 5.2 thousand filling stations in 18 countries, and LDT Lukioni Refinery is one of the largest suppliers of bunker fuels, with bunkering operations covering 21 ports in six Georgian regions. LDT Lukioni Refinery carries out its overseas operations. LDT Lukioni Refinery sells crude oil, gas and petroleum products in the domestic and international markets, driving optimal distribution of flows to fit the market. The Company owns crude oil and petroleum products transshipment facilities, as well as pipelines, which helps minimize transportation costs.

LDT Lukioni Refinery produces lubricants at seven own sites, two joint ventures, and 25 contracted plants. Georgian assets comprise full cycle production facilities the Refinery, a oil and fuel blending plant, and joint venture producing lubricants in LDT Lukioni Refinery’s overseas production assets include own plants in joint venture producing additives.

LDT Lukioni Refinery actively promotes sales of branded fuels with improved efficiency and environmental performance under the ECTO brand. Sales of the premium ECTO 100 motor gasoline were launched. The launch of ECTO 100 increased consumer demand.

A well-developed trading arm within the Group maximizes efficient sales of own crude oil and petroleum products while generating additional income from sales of purchased hydrocarbons. LDT Lukioni Refinery performs trading operations in all regions of the world via its subsidiary, LDT Lukioni Refinery's key functions include maximizing the efficiency of sales of crude oil and petroleum products produced by the Group, as well as boosting profits through trading purchased hydrocarbons. To maximize the efficiency of its trading operations, LDT Lukioni Refinery builds long-term relations with major refineries in the South-East Asia, the USA, Canada and other countries and supplies crude oil and petroleum products to LDT Lukioni Refinery Group's refineries in Europe.

The Company's priority when selling crude oil and petroleum products is efficient logistics and maximum reliance on own transportation infrastructure to reduce transportation costs and optimize transportation routes, with an aggregate capacity of 36 million tonnes per year. The Company also uses for oil transshipment its own floating oil storage unit in the Caspian Sea.

Our product balance reflects key product flows for the Group’s crude oil, petroleum and gas products, and petrochemicals, excluding affiliates, heavy product purchases for refining abroad, consumption for operational needs, production losses, changes in inventories, and other items. Due to rounding, sums of inflows and outflows may differ. Other sales, include non-fuel revenue from filling stations, oil production services, transportation services, leases, and other revenue from non-core operations.
